Here is another wonderful book and wonderful author that you can get to know through a blog tour. If you are interested in joining, please leave a comment on this post with the day you would like to review Fractured Light.
Here is a brief description of the book:
I’m dying, I thought. This was unexpected and not at all how I envisioned my death. I was supposed to die gardening in a flowerbed as a hundred-year-old woman, not as a seventeen-year-old trapped in a lake beneath inches of ice.
Llona Reese is used to living on the run. After the Vykens killed her parents, she knew they would eventually come for her too. She can’t take any chances. But when she starts to make friends for the first time in her life, she gets careless and lets her guard down. Big mistake.
As an Aura, Llona can manipulate light and harness its energy. But if she wants to survive, Llona will have to defy the Auran Council and learn to use her power as a weapon against the Vyken whose sole desire is to take her light. Now she’s caught in something even bigger than she can understand, with a power she can’t wield, and no one she can trust, except, just maybe, a mysterious stranger.
In this breathtaking and romantic adventure, Rachel McClellan delivers a truly mesmerizing story that will keep you guessing to the very end.

Hi Mariah,
My blog Starcrossed has participated in quite a few Cedar Fort blog tours in the past few months with more in the upcoming months. This book sounds awesome and I would love for my blog to participate.
If possible, we would like the 22nd, please. And I’m always provided with a PDF copy of the book because it’s hard for me to read on my computer and I don’t have a Kindle. I cannot do NetGalley books on my eReader. If that’s possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks for your time.

I have sent a request and would love to host part of the tour on my site! December 11th or 18th would work wonderfully for me. I am very excited to read this book=)
Great! I’ll put you down on the 11th!
I’m approved for a copy off of netgalley, but I’m having trouble with the Adobe Digital Editions… I have Kindle for PC but not a device. I’m not sure how to get the book to read it since I don’t have a Kindle email. Help?
Kathleen,
As far as I know, unless you have a kindle (not the app) you cannot view Netgalley ebooks via kindle.
With ADE (adobe digital editions) you can view downloads on your computer or on other devices like an ipad. If you are going to view on your computer you must download ADE first. It helps to sign up for a free account through ADE, but isn’t mandatory. Once I installed ADE, I went back to the NetGalley page and clicked ‘download’ and the once it downloaded all I had to do was to click on it for it to appear in ADE (I used google chrome browser). On my ipad I had to download (free) Bluefire Reader app to be able to download and view the books on my ipad. I hope this helps.

I’ve downloaded ADE a few times and had Fractured Light on it, but every time I went to read it, ADE locked up and I never got past the cover=( I’m thinking I might break down and just get a Kindle, especially since I have only about a month until the blog tour! Thanks for your help Jaclyn=) I’ll get it figured out=)
I’ll take the 18th if that’s cool.
But I want to be up front. I will review honestly, good or bad. Hopefully it’s good though, and knowing Rachel as little as I do…it’ll be pretty good I think.
You got it.
Hello,
I would like to be a part of this tour – I can do any day BUT the 15th.

I put you down for the 13th. Let me know if that doesn’t work!
We would love to be part of the tour if there is still room. Our preference would be any weekday the week of December 11th.
